Dick Grabko

Dick, as HRA Director during the early development of the Red Wing Coalition for Transitional Housing, spearheaded the effort to build the women’s center, now known as The Haven of HOPE. His leadership and commitment made the project possible, allowing us to move beyond reliance on scattered housing. Without his vision and dedication, this critical resource for women in need may never have become a reality.
