Kris served as HOPE’s Executive Director for more than 11 years, leading through times of significant change and challenge. She stabilized the organization during financial upheaval, working with donors, grantors, and staff to strengthen HOPE’s foundation. When HOPE lost its office space, Kris navigated the transition to a new location. She also guided the organization through the COVID-19 crisis, managing three shelter outbreaks and multiple staff impacts. Throughout it all, Kris led with a calm, steady presence that inspired confidence and ensured HOPE could continue serving those in need.
