Rita, former owner of Wisteria Twig, has been a generous and heartfelt supporter of HOPE Coalition for many years. Her contributions have fed our spirits and strengthened our sense of community. She lovingly prepared brunches and lunches for staff retreats, her legendary scones and quiches are still talked about today. Rita has poured her time and energy into Salsalicious, making our salsa with care and creativity, and even offered to continue after closing her restaurant. She’s hosted two retirement parties and opened her restaurant as a warm, welcoming space where staff feel celebrated and appreciated. Rita’s gifts were personal, generous, and impactful. Her kindness has left a lasting mark on our hearts.
